Public Electrical Safety Survey

At Welland Hydro, safety is our top priority. We are conducting a Public Electrical Safety Survey as a way to promote safety awareness and to help safeguard the well-being of our community.

Welland residents over the age of 18 are encouraged to participate. Participants will be asked six questions that correspond to the most common potential interactions and/or incidents involving utility equipment. The survey only takes a few minutes to complete, and your participation is greatly appreciated.

We have contracted UtilityPULSE, a third-party opinion research agency, to conduct this survey beginning on February 6, 2026. A random sample of residential and commercial customers will be contacted to provide input.
