Effective January 1, 2026, our front office will be closed to walk-in visitors. We remain committed to supporting you through our website, customer portal, email and by phone, making it easier than ever to manage your account and get assistance.

Welland Hydro offers secure and comprehensive online account management. Through our digital portals you can:
- Pay bills
- Report and view outages
- Set up new services, transfer your account or close your account
- Access your SilverBlaze Online Portal to manage your account
- Learn more about rates, and delivery and regulatory charges
