As of August 10, 2020, Welland Hydro’s office is reopening to the public by appointment only. In compliance with the Region of Niagara’s face covering by-law, a face covering is required when entering Welland Hydro’s office, except for those who are exempt.
To schedule an appointment, email us at email@example.com or call 905-732-1381 and select option 6 to speak directly with a Customer Service Representative. Appointments will only be booked during our regular business hours. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, please ring the doorbell at the front entrance. The door will be locked in order to restrict the number of customers in the office at any one time. If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment please call to reschedule.
Online and Self-Serve Options:
We have made it easier than ever to manage your account and conduct transactions online. Using various tools found on our website, you can:
- View bills, track electricity consumption and register for electronic billing using Customer Connect,
- Sign up for pre-authorized payments,
- Pay invoices from the comfort of your own home through your financial institution or by using your credit card (please note that a service fee of 1.75% applies for all credit card payments), and
- Set up or close your residential and/or business account online.
Our staff will be available to respond to email and telephone enquiries Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays, from 9:00 am until 3:30 pm.
Don’t have access to a computer, mobile device or tablet – no problem. Payments and notices can be dropped off 24 hours per day/ seven days per week in the night deposit box along the side of the building near the front entrance.
