If you would prefer to speak to someone in person, you can come directly to our office at 950 East Main Street during our business hours. We will require information about your business' new location so we can set up a new account for you there and schedule a final meter reading at your old location.

Moving out of the CityIf you are moving out of the City of Welland, you can fill out the form below, call us at 905-732-1381 or come directly to our office at 950 East Main Street during our business hours. We will then arrange a final meter reading and collect the information required for your final bill.
